The Sunday worship rhythms are congruent with our Missional identity. Our worship gatherings will include the Bible, singing, and the feast of grace at the Lord’s Supper.
On the second Sunday of every month we do something to remind ourselves and reorient our lives around the words of Jesus that if we want to gain life we must be willing to lose our life. In this worship gathering we serve the poor, the lonely, or the forgotten to make their lives more beautiful. This happens in a variety of ways and in the context of our gathering. Currently we provide food for families in need at a local elementary school. We believe that we all learn differently.
On the fourth Sunday of the month we engage in a Table Talk. We understand that some learn best listening to a traditional monologue sermon, while others learn best through conversation and dialogue. On this Sunday everyone opens up the Bible together around a table and discusses the passage. We learn from each other and are given space to question and explore. After a period of time, we all come together for a guided sharing of what we learned at our tables.
